I applied online. I interviewed at Criteria (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of having 2 to 3 different rounds of interviews with different management levels along with taking a couple of their tests. I really enjoyed the process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Less interesting about the questions and more about who you are as a person
I was asked to do an online assessment. 15 mins (analytical: puzzles, math problems etc.) and 10 mins personality based questions. The idea is answer quickly and correctly. Can’t spend too much time on one question. Still waiting to hear back.

We appreciate your interest in Criteria and wish you the very best as you continue your search.
There is none. They use their own software for the initial stage. Sad thing is, they don't trust their own results. Just more faceless anominity so we don't have to interact with anyone. "Our software tells us who is good or bad"

Question 1
Spent a wasted hour with an assessment so "I could test out the software", what a joke. My son could program a better platform.
We get it, not everyone enjoys taking our assessments; thank you for sharing your sentiments. We hear you. Interestingly enough, we continue to have record sales growth and work with 1,000s of organizations who leverage our product. Our product is not for everyone and it is for many. BTW, can you send us your son's resume; maybe we have a role for his talent! ;)
