The interview process was very straightforward. I applied through LinkedIn and heard back from the team at Critical Content in less than a week. They wanted to move quickly to fill the role, so we set up an interview for the following day. The interview was more of a screening interview and it was conducted with Bobby Gomez who is the VP of Strategic Development; it lasted about 15 minutes. Since it was a screening, the questions were a bit more generic about my overall experience and competencies with editing, admin duties, etc. - we also spent a good amount of time going over the details of the role. Bobby was great.
