Short and sweet, they are trying to trick you into thinking you are a valuable asset to their team. It will seem to good to be true if you are an early-career college graduate, and it is. Do not work here.

Had 3 phone interviews with the managers in California. Nice and professional conversations type interview. Very casual and informative. I spoke with Justin and France and both were very transparent about the job requirements, except for one thing. Cannabis is legal in many states, including CA, but they don't hire cannabis users. They did not mention anything about it on the job add and during the interviews. I wasted about two weeks on the interview process to find out I could not get the job because I tested + for marijuana. The company should state " no cannabis users" on the job add to prevent applicants from wasting their time.
