Applied online and contacted by a recruiter. Had a quick phone call with the recruiter and was invited into the office. Was supposed to meet with 2 managers. Only 1 showed up, they were late, and were not prepared for the conversation. It was not clear they knew what they were looking for. I was told I would be a good fit, but then later was told they would not be continuing with my application. Does not seem they ever filled the role.

The interview process was relaxed and pleasant. The interviewers help me not to be nervous during the interview. They are professional though that they really know what they want on the position. They even did a hands-on assessment to me.
