Interview
The interview was staged in two rounds. First was with recruiter to understand my motivation for applying the role and overall fit. Second interview with senior Product manager, which was followed by the case. I didn't do well in the case, so we didn't move forward. However, the overall experience was pleasant.

Question 1
Product Management related skill based questions, such as stakeholder management, backlog prioritization, conflict management as well as requirement gathering.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CrossLend (Berlin)
Interview
4 interview rounds, meeting HR, head of Marketing, other PMs and team. Interviews were very inspiring, where I felt that I can contribute with my skills. HR is doing a great job by very good introduction and making you feel very welcomed in the company.
