An event is created. You join using the zoom app, then there is a 1 hour video where they explain the company. Then: english test, IQ test, and mixed questions to evaluate your management skills. Then at some point (!!!) they ask you to watch a 49 minutes video, then to buy an ebook on amazon ($10), and based on the read, make another 10 minutes video where you are supposed to "evolve" their vision, based on this read. It's almost hilarious that you have to pay $10 for an ebook during a hiring process. Looks like a scam!
