Online process event, with the initial 45 minutes explaining the recruitment process but not giving any information about the role. There were obviously recruiting several levels of expertise at the same time, which made the whole thing confusing.
After receiving the links to complete the assessment, I realized that all the questions involved in the technical evaluation were extremely low-level technical details, which was drastically incompatible for the job that I was applying to, as it was a higher management position level (I am a CTO for a multinational enterprise at the moment).
I got the impression that they just recycle the same test for all the roles, in the same way that they include everybody on the same interview at the same time. This clearly show that they are not looking for quality or expertise, as they probably try to get volume of people to slice and dice whomever can (barely) do the job.
Maybe a good place to work when you start your career or if the currency exchange is in your favor due to the salary being paid in USD. And obvious company that will treat you like a number, which is not a place that I am interested to work in.
