Interview
The interview is several stages starting with a couple of question and then an aptitude test. After that there is a phone screen and then you do the aptitude test again under monitored conditions before you receive an offer or a regret.

Interview
The time given is actually not sufficient for the Psychometric Test. Its a mix of English, mathematic, logic driven questions to solve. All the Best. It needs your time and attention to the detail while doing it.
