Assessment test that had math and relational questions. Didn't make it through the test. Said I failed and can retest in 166 days. Are they full of themselves? Over 20 years in IT. Not sure where their reality lies?

Did not prepare so well for it. It had several questions which as a typical test would have but I did not pass the test.I failed to prepare before attempting it
