Interview
The interview was multi-staged. CCAT question types, English test, domain area questions, proctored free response style questions(real work), interview by the hiring manager and then the job offer. If you get to this stage, you may be in the pool for a while and if another hiring manager decides to interview you, you can get another shot. You have a Total of three shots at the interview stage after which you will have to reapply in a couple of months if you are still interested in that position (if it’s open) or any other.

The interview was basically to check my compatibility with the team. Am I able to work on a 12 hours shift?
Even though the job advert said 40hrs/week, the finance team worked on shifts that would end up being 36 hours or 48 hours a week (alternating week).

Interview
I had passed all test requirements and had to wait two weeks to receive the interview, i took the ccat test again for another position and that erased my interview because i scored 37 which is lower than the 43 I initially did in the ccat so my interview was canceled.

No hay entrevista en sí, hacen varios tipos de pruebas a las que accedes a través de tu perfil en su web. Desde pruebas congnitivas y de inglés, hasta pruebas técnicas y "de trabajo". Para estas últimas hay un revisor que constata que no tengas ayuda o revises documentación.
