Every stage of the process is clearly explained. The whole process is online and automated. Except for the last phase, which is the interview. You have at least two interviews before getting an offer.

The Interview process is ridiculous. There are 50 questions that you need to anwer in 15 minutes. Many of those questions require calculous and/or abstract analysis that takes up quite some time. I would say 50% of the questions are irrelevant to the role. I understood that it does not matter how good you were at the test, if they are already filled with the required position, they will just fail you. Very unprofessional.
