Below is the process:
Basic Fit test - Just a few basic questions related to the position to see if you
Psychometric test - You have to complete 50 questions in 15 minutes, which is almost impossible
English language test - Judge by an AI program (weird)
Real work test - record a video, or an audio, or writing an email, calculating some numbers (which I did not pass)
Interview - with a real person? I don't know.
I have a MBA, and I applied to several different positions, all of which I could never get passed the Real Work test. There were 4 questions for the Private Equity Sourcing Associate position, and I'm 100% positive that I got at least 2 correct as they were questions involving financial statements. And the other questions were - one involving recording a 45 second elevator pitch audio, and the other one was writing a short summary for a company in 3-4 sentences. If I got 2 out of 4 questions correct, how could my score be 30%?
