I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied to four different positions (QA Manual Tester, Cloud Operations Engineer, L1 Customer Support Agent, Customer Success Manager), Despite passing the assessment stages, My applications were rejected for unknown reasons. The recent rejection I got was my application for the position of QA manual tester, which was the easiest of them all, where I scored a 100% in the Real work and still wasn't selected.
It starts with Stage 1 (Basic Fit), then Stage 2 (CCAT) where you have 15 mins to solve 50 questions, Which I passed and was automatically moved to the next round, Stage 3 (Language), then Stage 4 (Skill Assessment) and Stage 5 (Real-Work). Passing and spending hours on the assessment stages isn't enough for impressing them and the hiring manager (IF THE POSITIONS ARE REAL). As my application was rejected and the reason given doesn't apply. I sent an email to support for a genuine reason for not being selected since I scored a 100% in the Real Work Stage. I didn't get a reply back.

Question 1
Do not apply, Do not waste your time like me.
BE AWARE !!!
Please see reviews before applying (DO NOT IGNORE LIKE ME).
I am guessing the few positive reviews were written by paid individuals.
Automated questions in cognitive aptitude, English language proficiency, quizzes on skills related to the job description, and if passed, an interview with the hiring manager. Rigorous process but makes sense since they get thousands of applicants and need to automate the selection process

Question 1
Experience in relation to manual testing scenarios
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
The whole process is a time waster, even if you scale through the assessments, they'll reject you for no specific reason after you spent days on the tasks. Its almost like they use to complete the tasks on real things they're working on and then dispose you after you've done them.

Interview
Takes time to prepare. Worth it. 5 rounds minimum for manual QA Tester. Can give a try. Work from home option forever. Once you clear CCAT, the next levels are very easy to clear
