I was given a calendar and I could choose the best time for me. The interview was okay, I had a short discussion with the hiring manager about my experience and my future responsibilities in the role.

They emails you directly at asking you to do the interview online process. They claim that you should do it in no time and I quote "You might even learn something useful about yourself in the process". You do a multiple choice exam called the basic fit. Then you do a cognitive exams and you have only 12 minutes. Which is outrageously short period.
