Interviewed virtually, then in person with director of EVS. They asked questions about my experience, situational questions regarding different situations in healthcare patient experience and what I have or would do.

It was a flawless process. The first person to reach out was a recruiter who explain the patient and gave me the basic information. Then I interviewed with the regional director. He made my interview feel at ease, interactive, and by the end I knew exactly what to expect for the position as well as the remainder of the interview process. My last interview was with the unit directors at the hospital, whom I would be working closely with if chosen, they were thorough in what this position will do and the interaction made me feel that I belong with this team.
