I interviewed for several different positions at CrowdStrike. In each case, after the first interview, I was told they were moving forward with another candidate despite positive feedback on my competency and assurances that I would be considered for future roles.
On at least two occasions, the same roles remained open and were later reposted on LinkedIn. This inconsistency between the feedback provided and the hiring actions made the recruitment process feel unreliable and unclear. Greater transparency would have significantly improved the candidate experience.
