Interview loop was technical and the interviewers + hiring manager were all very personable and smart. However, the recruiter was very impersonable and lacked any sort of personality to help land me as I was considering multiple lucrative offers with top companies.

Had a non-technical call with recruiter. They asked what my expected compensation is and I gave them a pretty reasonable number for my knowledge base in Security. Unfortunately they immediately said that's too high for my YoE, without going through the process of seeing what I know. I'd avoid them since they seem to put YoE over technical expertise.
