I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Pune) in Oct 2022
Interview
Whatever you read about the interview experience with Crowdstrike is all true. I am a sufferer as rest of the guys who have given the interview with Crowdstrike. After giving 5 rounds of interview, 1 PS/DS, 1 system design, 1 6 hours of technical assignment round, and 2 managerial rounds, you hear that your feedback was very positive throughout, just that we cannot hire you at this moment because we hired someone else.
An utter waste and a disastrous experience. Please don't waste your precious time on this company. They are just having fun with the emotions of their candidates.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike in Oct 2023
Interview
Second time applying to Crowdstrike (first time around not receiving any feedback after the initial HR discussion). Surprisingly, they didn't even record our first interaction. Sadly, the experience has worsened: 'Nice to Haves' are now seen as 'Required', despite what the job posting might have you believe and the recuiter resulting to snarky comments about work experience, when further discussing the matter. Completely unprofessional behavior, definitely an experience to avoid.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (London, England)
Interview
First chat with internal recruiter that lead to a chat with the hiring manager. After that a brutal almost open ended take home exercise to build a bunch of API endpoints using Redis. Then a 2 hour technical interview. All that to get ghosted at the end.
