Two 30 minute behavioral interviews. "Describe a time when you did xyz" "Describe a time when you had to deal with a time challenge" "Describe a time when you had to work in a team" Interviewers were an HR person and an actual manager for the position I was interviewing for

They were all pretty much the same level of difficulty, all the "Describe a time when ... " quesitons

One 30 minute casual and friendly conversation with simple self-centered behaviorlal questions. It was with a manager I believe
3 week waiting period until response and I did not get selected to move on or offered a position.

Interview
One virtual interview with the senior manager ended up being conversational. Usual interview questions, plans for CPA track. Ask questions about what they love about their job, and ask for advice about CPA or master's. Be yourself, don't be nervous, it's a conversation and not an interview.
You will know if you get the job at the end of the interview. They don't waste time so be on time.
