I applied through university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP
Interview
No curve balls in the interview process. It was very straightforward. There were two rounds of interviews with several interviews in each round. All interviews were mostly behavioral assessing your experiences and whether you would be a good fit. The second round was at the office location. The whole process took about a month.

Behavioral first round and then behavioral/technical second round (if needed) with manager level to partner level. Mostly informal, but still consulting, so be sharp. No case questions in personal experience.

Interview
2 weeks after my application, I was offered an interview. I had 2 rounds of virtual interviews (1.5 weeks apart). Interviewers were not drilling down on my resume and the questions weren't technical either. It's very conversational. Both lasted around 20-30 mins.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself
How would your friends describe you
Tip: tell your own unique story. The questions are very common interview questions but the interviewers would most likely have a conversation with you based on your unique answer. As I have mentioned, it's very conversational. Probably 2-3 questions per interview and the rest is chit chat.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crowe LLP
Interview
Talking with a recruiter over the phone and then a few weeks later was invited to meet with 3 senior managers in one afternoon. It was a good way to get a sense of the different issue areas and connect with members of the team. THe next round was with a Partner and was more conversational. I am still waiting to hear back and now need to do a personality assessment that can be filled out online.
