Interview
Phone screen and then a panel interview with a presentation. I thought it was weird that I didn’t have a 1:1 call or meeting with the Hiring Manager before the panel. The panel interview was 1 hour. I sat in a room with the HM and several would-be peers. I was peppered with questions, gave the presentation and then got more questions. I did not get a chance to ask any. After spending time on the phone with the initial screen, preparing a presentation, and traveling and attending an interview, I never received any notice from HR, which is unprofessional.

Interview
Very intense panel interview with three senior directors. They were professional and on time so don't be late yourself! You will sweat in this interview. Be prepared for a variety of questions that relate mostly to your experience and personality. Understand that the questions are asked in a very specific and formulaic manner. It can get frustrating and even awkward but try to stick to the script.
