They made me wait over an hour to see me, and didn't even offer me a pen to fill out their employee questionnaire (luckily I brought my own). On the phone and in conversation with staff while I was waiting, I learned they were hiring immediately for many positions, but in the less than five minute "interview", the hiring manager did not look at my resume and told me they were old hiring for host (the one job no one wants/was actually being hired for) and kept telling me he "understood if that was a dealbreaker" basically just trying to get me to leave. It was highly unprofessional and wild that with the five shifts they needed filled they didn't even offer me a proper interview, despite my being well-qualified with nearly a decade in food service and hospitality.
