Interview
There isn't one...they just ask you to come co-teach a class and members who aren't even in shape will decide if you stay. There is no clear structure or order on how to get a job at Crunch, everyone is paid different rates. Don't work here it isn't worth it. At one point Crunch was one of the only gyms - now you can find work anywhere
sending an application -> phone screening interview with a hiring manager -> showing up an audition -> hearing from the hiring manager through text message or email. overall very easy and casual setup, people are respectful.

Interview process was easy and they were so helpful with getting the certificates needed for my role. The whole staff was Very supportive, I am truly so excited about this opportunity

There is an audition process. Some auditions are held in a group while others are held one on one. It depends on the management team/ hiring team how the auditions are held.
