Super casual, easy, nothing to stress over. Mostly just get to know you questions. Asked about your availability and if you're ok with answering the phone/touring customers. Asked if you're ok with picking up weights (to clean gym occasionally)

The process was very quick. I applied and introduced myself in person to the Assistant General Manager on the same day and then had an interview the following day. It was pretty informal. I met with the Operations Manager to go over a few basic questions about the schedule and responsibilities.

Do you have a problem with engaging with new and current gym members?
The interview process was super quick and easy. only asked a few questions. There was only one interview and I was hired immediately on the spot. Attire for the interview can be very casual considering it is a gym (nice shirt and jeans).
