The interview process was mainly focused on personality because Crunch has a very thorough training process. An internal member will all instructors about the format of each class and succeeding is a team effort.
sending an application -> phone screening interview with a hiring manager -> showing up an audition -> hearing from the hiring manager through text message or email. overall very easy and casual setup, people are respectful.

Interview process was easy and they were so helpful with getting the certificates needed for my role. The whole staff was Very supportive, I am truly so excited about this opportunity

There is an audition process. Some auditions are held in a group while others are held one on one. It depends on the management team/ hiring team how the auditions are held.
