2 interviews total. Group & Individual. Hyper aggressive sales. They don't prioritze work history, rather mindset and capacity for sales. Must be the gym "Mayor" as they say and be willing to socialize daily with members.
Very easy and laid back - asks about past jobs, strengths etc - very easy and seems like it will be a great place to work and work out in the near future.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness (Brooklyn, NY)
Interview
Applied online and got an email 2 weeks later for a personality assessment and math assessment. I emailed the manager back after I was done but no response. Two weeks later I received a call from the manager to do an interview, which was a week in advance notice. The interview went great and the manager seemed very happy and even shook my hand with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, they required social media experience to bring more sales to the business. I didn’t feel comfortable, and the pay is minimum wage, which I did not feel like I was going to be compensated well for a front desk position while making calls, helping customers, and making social media content. I did receive a call back from the general manager for a second interview but I denied it.
