All interviews are done in office with no virtual option at all. I had to use PTO and leave my current job early to make the interview. I was there 20 minutes early and waited until my scheduled time. I met with an Attorney that seemed friendly and very casual. He asked very few questions so there was only so much I could provide him without coming across as dominating the interview. I did ask 2 role specific questions for clarity and to maybe get more out of the interview but the whole process was 10 minutes. I was thanked for my time and I went home. I sent a thank you email the following week and inquired about a timeline for employer's response or final decisions. After receiveing no response I reached out to the contact at the firm who called me to setnup the interview. They saw and read my message, and simply didn't respond. I am very qualified for the role I interviewed for, but that doesn't mean they need to hire me. However to simply ghost an applicant whom you called to set up an interview, and made them come into an office for a 10 minute rushed interview, seems unprofessional regardless of whether you choose to hire a candidate or not.
