Unit 42 formerly known as Crypsis Group won’t hire black people, they will put you through 10 interviews just to say we considered you. They have a few tokens to check the diversity check box. Received and accepted offer from competitor CS. They are all about diversity, equity and inclusion. This company will face EEOC lawsuits in the near future.

Interview
The interviews take about four total sessions (outlined below). The team members were friendly and easy to talk with. It can be somewhat repetitive, but overall each interview seemed to offer different insight with a different challenge.
1.) Meet with the talent/ recruiting team to discuss roles and initial benefits
2.) Go through a technical interview to review skills
3.) Second technical interview
4.) Onsite series of interviews.

Expect to be asked technical questions and know how to articulate your thoughts. Simply reading from OWASP, SANS, or similar cheat sheets won't suffice.
