Overall Experience & Process Integrity 😠 The entire hiring process took approximately one to two months. I applied for a Senior Ruby on Rails position despite having no prior career experience in the crypto field. I was upfront about this from the very beginning of the interview process and was assured it would not be a deal-breaker. Funnily enough, after completing all rounds of their hiring process—with the final meeting being strictly for cultural fit—I was rejected. The reason provided was that they were ultimately looking for a candidate with more crypto experience. It makes absolutely no sense that I would pass the initial HR screening, two technical rounds (one assessment and one discussion with team members), proceed to a cultural fit interview, and then be rejected for a lack of experience. Given that the technical interviews didn't even heavily focus on crypto knowledge, what was the point of the extensive process? The inconsistency suggests a serious lack of structural integrity in their hiring approach. Concerns About Professionalism and Stability 🚩 Throughout the interview process, I was wary of the numerous negative reviews citing bad management and a toxic work culture. I can unfortunately attest to the lack of professionalism, as my interview experience alone demonstrated no clear structure or integrity in the process. Furthermore, I was told by the Senior VP that the company drops the bottom X% of performers every quarter. If you are looking for stability, you should absolutely stay away from this company.
