I was reached out by them over email and I was corresponding to a generic email address they had. After a few emails back and forth got my interview setup and I was meeting with the Operations Manager. Getting to the location was quite easy so no trouble there, but when I walked into the office, no one greeted me for close to 5 minutes as they didn't have a receptionist at the time. After a bit of a wait, I was escorted to the manager's office where he and two others were waiting. The operations manager was controlling much of the interview and I was allowed to speak freely and elaborate on answers as needed. There were two programmers there who were part of the interview, one who was more interested in if I could code (not part of the job description at all) and the other who occasionally would say things (not directed at me) and would never make eye contact with me at all which was very uncomfortable.
After about an hour or so of back and forths and even some expletives during the interview process, they seemed to be in a hurry to get me out there towards the end. I ended with my closing statements and the operations manager assured me more than once they would let me know within 24 hours of their decision one way or another. A day went by, plus a weekend, and nothing from them. I followed up with an email to see what the status of my application was and never got a reply.
