First interview was a 30 min recruiter screen. Then there was a 30 min call with the hiring manager for the second round.
After that was the final round, which consisted of multiple duos lasting a total of 3 hours ish. First panel duo was production making sure I knew my craft, then there were 1-2 interviews with the team(s) I would be producing to make sure I knew their discipline and how to produce them. And the final panel was with a couple higher ups to talk about leadership and where I see myself long term.
