The interview began with a written test consisting of three parts for the HR Assistant position:
Attention to detail test – about 50 questions matching letters, numbers, and symbols.
Language and writing test – translate a short paragraph from English to Chinese, write a brief memo, and complete a typing test.
Math and logic test – includes high school–level arithmetic and reasoning questions.
After completing the test, you’ll have an interview with the HR team, followed by a final interview with the HR manager.
