Crystal Window & Door Systems interview questions

The interview began with a written test consisting of three parts for the HR Assistant position: Attention to detail test – about 50 questions matching letters, numbers, and symbols. Language and writing test – translate a short paragraph from English to Chinese, write a brief memo, and complete a typing test. Math and logic test – includes high school–level arithmetic and reasoning questions. After completing the test, you’ll have an interview with the HR team, followed by a final interview with the HR manager.

The interview went okay. There were several sections, including meetings with the HR team and the director. The interviewers were professional and asked clear, structured questions. A written exam was also required as part of the process.
