I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Culinary Dropout (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sept 2020
Interview
Strange interview. General manager came off like he was the biggest hipster out there and no one is better. the most unique human to ever walk this earth. recruiter seems lazy behind her screen having two minute interviews, to schedule an interview that is literally for a job fair at the restaurant. seems redundant.

Interview
Less than 2 minutes. Felt like speed dating. Obviously, I wasn’t what they were looking for. Just a heads up not to expect too much. Can’t speak on working for the company. Just felt extremely disrespected, as if my time and attention meant nothing. To me, that says a lot about a company. Best of luck!
