Low key, informational. Recruiter seems flighty; didn't didn't follow up with me. RN's I interviewed with were helpful and didn't push a hard sell like some OTHER hospitals that won't leave me alone.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cullman Regional Medical Center

The only reason I was given an I terciew was because I kept in contact tace with a former clinical instructor. I'd you aren't family or know someone who already works at CRMC you will not get an interview. My interview was very I formal and short. It only took about twenty minutes. It took almost two weeks to be offered a position and a total of one month to get to start my new job.
