I applied online. I interviewed at Cult London (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Three stages – first was a casual chat, second was presenting a task and third was a final culture-led chat. The first two were with the same person, and the third was with two people from the senior leadership team.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cult London (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
I had a video call with a senior designer and the creative director, it was a smooth, chilled and engaging interview with good energy, they both were very friendly.
I was told about the agency, the type of clients they work with and what they’re looking for and I then had to present my portfolio.
I was stoked to maybe get a second stage as the interview went incredibly well and we were all vibing off one another but ultimately I was ghosted after.
I read and researched Cult (mainly via Glassdoor) and discovered how chaotic / negative things seem to be there so maybe I dodged a bullet. Also I must mention that I applied in April didn’t get the interview until June.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cult London (London, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was contacted via Linked In and had a telephone 'chat' with the Head of TA about the role. I was then invited to a face to face interview with TA and COO at their head office which was great and the people seemed very friendly. I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks and so emailed the Head of TA who then said that the role had been put on hold.
