We sat down at the culvers location. Asked me questions about availability and previous experience. Also talked about school since I was in high school at the time. Very simply and easy questions no STAR method needed

Interview
It was short and easy, everyone was very nice. Casual environment which is what I wanted. I was surprised by how they were trying to get to know me personally to see where I’d fit best in the restaurant.
