Set up a phone interview via e-mail Cummins recruiter after applying online and I applied for the position at-least 2 months ago and after a week or so after the phone interview I was set up a technical interview by Cummins recruiter with the Technical Manager at Seymour.

Question 1
The first phone interview was mostly behavioral based questions. Why Cummin? What would you be a good fit?
First interview was 1-on-1 behavioral. Second interview was 1-1; questions were geared to the position I was applying. These questions were pretty basic for an entry level technical position. Seems they are more interested in how you approach a problem than actual “numbers”.

General Behavioral questions followed by two technical questions based on a beam and its stresses followed by a mohrs circle question. There were two people on the zoom call. Still waiting on a response

On campus interview, two interviewer (1 HR + 1 Engineer). Almost all questions were behavioral questions but some are slightly technical based on the resume . Ask my availability to start for working. Also ask if I want a full-time or intern.
