I applied through university. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
I had 2 phone interviews, both of them behavioral. They were about 30 minutes each and conducted by two different upper level engineers; the first engineer suggested which teams he though would be a good fit. The second interview was with the head of the engineering group that the first suggested. It ended up as a great fit for me.
