I applied through university. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
Interview process was very standard though I'm not sure about this being a universal experience since there are a lot of separate teams in the company. The team I talked to was really nice.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cummins (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied through college recruiter. Waited about couple days before I got the email response from the company. Before the interview day, the company invited every candidates to a dinner to introduce themselves. Interview was easy, with two interviewers. Asked mostly behavioral questions by one interviewer, the other took notes. Both are friendly. Didn't go through the first round, probably due to my experience is not a good fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cummins (Columbus, IN) in Apr 2025
