Interview
Assessment followed by a Presentation, then online interview, followed by face to face round. Completed all except the face to face round for a role in Darlington, they then rang up and offered me an interview in Daventry and asked if I would relocate. I have 2 children and own a house, so explained that I applied for Darlington as available. They told me there were no jobs in Darlington so wasted 2 weeks of pre assessment.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview started with basic questions regarding my current status, my right to work in the UK and my current location. Furthermore, I was asked pretty straightforward questions aiming to determine basic knowledge of HR Practices and personal attributes. It included questions regarding basic regulations and potential behaviours in a team working environment

The first question was "what do I know about the organization"
How would I respond to a manager from another department, if they asked me for details about my monthly earnings in a meeting.
Another question was regarding my actions to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in my previous jobs
Finally, a set of questions aiming to determine whether I would fit on the organization's culture, such as volunteer work, environmental protection etc
