Talked to the HR and hiring manager at a career fair. After a couple of applications missing cases. Sent an emu to the HR about it. Who redirected me to another high ring manager. Talked to another hiring manager. Whole process took about 4 months.

Question 1
Behavioral questions with the hiring manager. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you approach conflict resolution? Some controls and systems questions?
Interview process is typical of employers within the industry. It involved 2 separate interviews, one 30 min meeting with a recruiter and another longer 1 hour meeting with the team leader.
Relatively simple. Talked about my experience and various scenarios that may come up in real life. Be through with the basics of controls theory and your projects and you should have a good chance of acing the interview
