I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cummins (Dewās, Madhya Pradesh)
Interview
They did an on campus recruiting and screened students based on their GPA. Selected students were called for an interview at their location. There was a technical person(Engineering) and the HR head. They were very good and relaxed. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. I enjoyed the complete process. The questions were basic. Some technical and some personality related.
I was offered which i accepted and i enjoyed working at Cummins for 3 hours.

What movies do i like to watch?
It was a good experience, and I enjoyed travelling to their factory. They reimbursed the travel and hotel stay costs. The safety standards are good at the manufacturing facility, and it was a very multinational environment.
1) Contacted by recruiter, 2) 30-minute phone screen, 3) Interview with Hiring Manager, 4) On-site panel interview.
Overall terrible experience: I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the hiring manager but then it changed to a virtual meeting with less than a 24hr notice. The Job description did not match the actual responsibilities of the position. The Manager talked like he was a know-it-all, did not ask if I had any questions, and abruptly ended the interview saying he has another meeting. Red flags of a toxic manager.
