I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
Scheduled for a screening call which consisted of 6 questions. The interviewer was nice and asked standard behavioral questions, but there were long periods of silence as he wrote my answers down - this was a little awkward, but he did apologize. The company simply never got back to me - which I thought was very unprofessional.

The interview process was well-organized and professional. It began with a detailed introduction about the company, followed by a technical round to assess skills. The panel was friendly and asked relevant questions.
