Interview
The Interview Process consisted of a group task scenario where you are on a desert island and you have a list of the most important items needed for survival. You have to prioritise them and justify our choice. After this you have a 1 to 1 with Mitch, top bloke best HR guy I have encountered so far. Upon a successful interview you are invited to a taster - work trial. This wasn't for me because this is a COLD CALLING role. Understand this before you apply this is NOT a financial institution dealing with other brokers or banks. This is a Money transfer service which helps SME's hedge risk getting them better rates etc.
