I interviewed first with two individuals in the company for a screening process and then went on to complete an Excel Skills sheet. After I completed the sheet and sent it back to them I was asked to proceed with two more interviews (each lasting 30min) with different individuals from the previous time. They were very easy to communicate with and talk to during all aspects of the interview process.
