I had a 30 min call (on a Friday) and was informed I was being moved to the second round. They shared I would need to do a 10-15 min presentation followed by a panel interview. When I sent a follow-up thank you email I received a automatic reply and in the message the hiring manager was no longer working there and then on that following Monday, I received an email stating that I was no longer being considered for the position.

They began with a phone call which was just a nice casual conversation getting to know me and my background. From there, there was another phone call from a manager of the region. Finally, I had a Zoom call where I had to give a presentation. About a week later, I received the call with the job offer.
