I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Currys (Manchester, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
The process was easy and quite informal, I was told I got the job right away and it was a quite humbling experience. Also the colleagues were already quite friendly and easy going so I knew I would fit right in.
I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
Interview was not too difficult, mainly behavior questions. They might give you a scenario and you have to tell them what you would in that scenario and rank your actions.
