A recruiter with the company reached out to me to discuss project management opportunities. I had an initial phone conversation with her. I then interviewed with a few VPs in the organization. Those went well, very laid back. I was very comfortable during the interviews. I had a second round of interviews with more VPs and a Senior Manager. Again, I was made to feel comfortable during those interviews. I was eventually connected to another recruiter within the company. I had several conversations with him and was eventually offered a position.

I don't remember specific questions but the questions were behavioral and the interviews were more like conversations. I may have ask few people more questions than they asked me.

HR was very cold, felt like having conversations to an AI bot, She informed me that they will get back to me if I get qualified for next round. I got an email after 2 weeks saying that they have closed the position without any hiring due to company decision

Terrible experiencer with a recruiter from the company. I was scheduled for a phone interview and was called within the time frame indicated. The problem is that they apparently misrepresented the location of the role. The role was supposed to be in Los Angeles and they suddenly told me I would need to live in Bay area (Norther California). The recruiter wasnt very professional when telling me the details. I let him know I was still interested regardless if I had to relocate. Our (15 minute interview) turned into a quick 5 minutes and 2 basic questions asking about my background and experience.
Overall, I was very excited to interview for a reputable company like C&W. I actually applied many times for different roles before even being considered for an interview. To finally land an interview and not even be given the opportunity to interview properly was very disappointing. Likely will not be applying again.
