Initial communications were slow in coming, despite an introduction by someone that knew both me and the hiring manager. It made me think they might be disorganized, which seemed to be the case once I finally got to the interviews. I ultimately had to speak with several people over two days. They seemed personable enough, but overall not the most professional in terms of appearance or how they conducted the interviews.

I was surprised to get the classic "What's your biggest weakness?" question. I've got 8 years of direct industry experience and another 7 indirect. There were a million pertinent things they could have asked me, instead of this lame question that basically told me the person didn't know how to interview, and didn't have enough insight into the requirements of the position to actually ask me an interesting/revealing question.

It was a standard interview process that lasted about 30 minutes, conducted by the team director alone. The interview covered about 6 different questions, starting with introductory questions and progressing to more specific project management scenarios and experiences.

15min phone call where the recruiter came 20min late. Basic questions around my background. As an old worker in the company (for the same position) the recruiter was not inform about the ERP system the company use. Also the recruiter did not get in touch with my refference inside the company. After 2 weeks the feedback was an automatic email considering not continue with my application.
