Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and briefly interviewed about my experience and skills. I was transferred to the hiring manager after a few days and given a second phone interview. I was then invited to the office for a long 1:1 with the hiring manager and his/her other employee, and subsequently offered the position. The process was professional, cordial, and respectful.

I wasn't asked any "gotcha" questions. I was asked questions relevant to my experience, skills, and achievements.

Interview
Initially there was a phone screening, followed by a skype interview with the operations director. This was followed up by a portfolio review with the design team and then followed by another skype interview this time with the branch manager. Then this was followed by another phone screen and finally followed by a digital assessment.
